Steven has been working in the European renewable energy industry over the past 15 years. He has been involved at senior level on wind farm development and design and has taken lead roles in landowner negotiations and stakeholder and community engagement on large scale wind and solar park developments.

Steven has worked extensively with Galetech Energy Developments and Galetech Energy Services and has successfully delivered over 300 megawatts of renewable energy projects through his detailed understanding of intricate site design, landowner engagement and stakeholder management.

Steven comes from a farming background in rural Ireland and has a strong appreciation for landowner requirements and stakeholder engagements. He has also been a Macra na Feirme club chairperson for a number of years as well as County Cavan Macra na Feirme chairperson. Steven currently leads the community consultation team within the Galetech Group
