Marcus qualified as a multimedia computer programmer in 2005 but then went on to work in a variety of roles including business development to project management in telecommunications, construction, and renewables in countries Ireland, America, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Marcus then returned home to Ireland and joined the Galetech Energy Group in 2013 and has worked in a number of roles covering many different disciplines, which has given him a great insight into all aspects of wind energy.
