Cormac has worked in the wind energy sector over the previous 10 years where he has become very familiar with all aspects of developing wind farms. He attended the National College of Ireland, where he achieved a BSc (Honours) in Software Systems. While in NCI he studied several technical modules such as Operating Systems, Software Engineering, Software Development, Distributed Systems, Artificial Intelligence and Data Networks. Additionally, he studied various business-related subjects to give us an opportunity for a wider skill set. These modules included IT Law, Business Communication, Business Entrepreneurship, E-Business & Security and Strategic Management.

Cormac was awarded with a Certificate of Competence in Environmental Noise Measurement from the Institute of Acoustics in 2009. He has also been awarded a Certificate for Project Management Skills from the Professional Development Board, Ireland. He has attended several other courses such as Expert Witness for Oral Hearings, Wind Analyses, AutoCAD Civils and many more.
